Job Summary

The Hospitality Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff. This includes coordinating patient care, handling customer requests, and performing unit-receptionist activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates incoming, outgoing, and intra-unit communications
  • Handles customer requests and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performs unit-receptionist activities, including coordinating patient care and handling administrative tasks
  • Assists with patient discharge and transfer processes
  • Coordinates clinical data collection and documentation
  • Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a hospital setting is preferred, but not required.
