The Enterprise Program Management Office supports large, unique, and complex projects with scope and stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the most critical and complex projects across the Bose Enterprise.
  • Manage senior project teams, developing and managing project requirements, plans, and metrics.
  • Lead the team through execution and innovate to deliver value to our customers.
  • Provide regular project report outs to executives.
  • Manage external service providers/consultants for project support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of program/project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational awareness with effective relationship management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong business sense and financial acumen.
