The hourly wage for this position is $16.00, though actual starting pay may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
  • Interacting with customers in-person to facilitate various Ria services such as money transfers and currency exchange;
  • Accurately entering and managing customer information in our systems;
  • Providing courteous assistance to customers with inquiries and resolving service-related issues;
  • Identifying challenges, proposing solutions, or escalating issues as necessary;
  • Staying informed about Ria's services, products, and procedures;
  • Handling cash transactions and preparing deposits;
  • Maintaining daily transaction records;
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.
Qualifications

We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
  • Are flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends;
  • Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
  • Have prior experience in cash handling (preferred);
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills;
  • Hold a valid work permit.
