Position Title: LPN in Post-Acute Long-Term Care

Location: Various Locations

Weekly Compensation: $2372

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Details: Day Shifts (6 am-6 pm) and Night Shifts (6 pm-6 am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both direct and indirect care to residents in specialized units, including those requiring Alzheimer's/dementia support and transitional rehabilitation services.
  • Administer intravenous therapy, manage wound care, and assist with comprehensive geriatric evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or LPN certification recognized by the Maine State Board.
  • Possession of an active LPN license from the State of Maine or a compact license.
  • Preferred experience of 1-3 years in a similar LPN role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts from 6 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week as required.
