About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager Trainee to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing assigned systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage assigned systems, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and sales promotions are executed well
  • Train service staff in service procedures and maintain a clean and organized Front Counter and Drive-Thru area
  • Control food cost and ensure quality food is delivered to customers
  • Manage crew scheduling and staffing to meet sales and profit goals
Requirements

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and can work in a fast-paced environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
