Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. As a critical part of our team, you will work with adults and/or children and adolescents, providing individual and/or couples therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Individual and/or couples therapy experience.
