Key Carrier Coordinator Job Description

At HomeGoods, we're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stores. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity within the store.
  • Acting as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring store teams perform tasks and activities in accordance with store plans and prioritizing as needed.
  • Addressing customer service issues and providing coaching to associates.
  • Maintaining accurate associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
  • Ensuring associates adhere to all operational procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances.
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
