  • Implement disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies.

  • Monitor guest interactions to ensure exceptional service is delivered by the food and beverage team.
  • Ensure compliance with local Health Department sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation across all service points.
  • Enforce adherence to park policies and procedures among all staff.
  • Identify and address concerns, collaborating with management for resolutions.
  • Uphold a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding the park's facilities and amenities.
  • Adhere to all park guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory role within the department or a similar field.
  • Ability to accept guidance and work under supervision.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills with the public, customers, and team members.
  • Awareness and attentiveness while collaborating with others.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for extended work hours.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions while taking necessary precautions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Capability to lift and lower 25 pounds above shoulder height.
