We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
