Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Houchens Insurance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, analyzing and answering requests for information concerning insurance policies, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily service to and build relationships with clients by managing phone calls and emails in a timely manner and attending meetings.
- Market groups with under $10,000 in revenue and no affiliation with a larger account prepare formal renewal presentations.
- Directly supervise 1-2 Client Associates, assigning and directing work to Client Associates.
Requirements
- At least seven years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling multi-line, large commercial accounts or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, such as insurance policies, and respond effectively to inquiries or service issues from company personnel and/or clients.
