We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Assistant / Valet Driver to join our team at The Premier Collection. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and provide excellent service throughout the service process.
- Valet Services: Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles with care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Service Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Assist service advisors as needed, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
