Product Manager - Website Experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of user personas, behaviors, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize website experience goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for website enhancements, considering short-term optimizations and long-term strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do:
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for website improvements, features, and functionality.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to conceptualize, prototype, and implement new website features.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on website development or user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.
