About the Role:

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our customers.
  • Performing cashiering, stockroom upkeep, and store upkeep tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining high standards of personal sales metrics and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week.
  • Working long periods during peak sale periods, such as holidays and back-to-school seasons.
  • Stooping, kneeling, and reaching to place merchandise on customers' feet and to stock and retrieve merchandise from storage racks.
  • Climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs to stock and acquire merchandise.
  • Lifting items weighing 5-25 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier weights.
