We are an independent advisory firm designed to eliminate conflicts of interest and encourage creativity. I have created a framework to assist Generation X in achieving their financial goals. They face numerous competing priorities and have diverse planning needs, yet few advisors cater to them. The primary challenge is balancing retirement savings with funding their children's education. Our exceptional strategy focuses on advanced college planning, enabling families to maximize financial aid and find the right educational institution at an affordable cost.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects to expand your own client portfolio through value-added services
- Enhance client relationships through proactive communication
- Conduct market research and product evaluations
- Analyze client financial data
- Perform SWOT analysis to assess clients' overall financial health
- Develop and present tailored client recommendations
- Oversee the firm's social media marketing initiatives
- Convert leads into clients
- Assist with account-related documentation
- Help clients optimize or establish their own employee benefits
- Manage all Life and Disability Insurance cases
- Gain proficiency in advanced college planning techniques
Qualifications
Kestra Financial Independent Advisor is looking for a full-time, experienced financial consultant to help grow its market presence in this emerging niche. The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously and contributing to various core business functions.
Requirements
- Series 7, 66, 63 licenses
- State Insurance Licenses (Life, Accident & Health)
- CFP designation is advantageous
- Familiarity with Emoney, Riskalyze, and Redtail software is beneficial
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial advisor
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial sector, products, regulations, and overall landscape
- Possess a transferable client base
