  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure that our production plans align with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Certifications: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in manufacturing or production software a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Operations or project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and value stream mapping a plus.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our warehouse, with regular exposure to extreme temperatures and high noise levels. Occasional time is spent in a climate-controlled office/meeting room setting.
