Your Role

As a Toddler Care Professional at The Learning Experience #253, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, communicate with parents, and build relationships with families and coworkers to create a positive and supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum to deliver high-quality education to children.
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment that supports play-based learning.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required).
