Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our proprietary curriculum and using our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.

As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a team environment and receive ongoing training and professional development to help you meet your goals as an educator.

Requirements
  • Genuine passion for the education and care of children
  • High school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred)
  • Meets any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive benefits and premium compensation, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
