Job Opportunity

We're seeking a compassionate Home Health Care Professional to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of individuals with diverse needs.

About the Role
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

This position requires a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY, with previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with mobility and transfers, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  3. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
  5. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY.
  • You need reliable transportation.
  • Able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Fluent in English (able to speak and understand).
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
