Job Summary

Ludvik Electric is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Instrumentation and Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project requirements for control systems and automated processes, including specifications, drawings, and existing equipment information.
  • Assist with the installation of control and measurement instruments and equipment.
  • Develop Point-To-Point Sheets and System Startup and Testing Procedures for use by others.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Coordinate contract schematics, process and instrumentation diagrams, and control descriptions with vendors, suppliers, and programmers.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of electrical Journeyman work experience.
  • 5 Years Control Systems experience or bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology.
  • Experience in Water and Wastewater Systems and Processes.
  • Familiarity with plant operations, instrumentation and control systems, and computer programs required to operate municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Skills
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Electrical and mechanical skills and the ability to problem-solve.
