DARcor & Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Electrical Construction Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Electrical Construction Manager, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to oversee the electrical, instrumentation, and control installations of water and wastewater construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these projects are built per the plans, specifications, and national, state, and local codes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review shop drawings/submittals/O&M manuals to ensure compliance with project specifications
* Respond to contractor RFIs and review contractor change orders
* Make site observations/inspections to ensure projects are built according to plan
* Assist with startup and testing of electrical systems
* Prepare punch lists/reports and create as-builts/record drawings
Requirements:
* Experience managing or installing electrical systems and commissioning electrical equipment
* Ability to review electrical power distribution equipment, control panels, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment submittals to ensure they are electrically compatible with the electrical design
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience using plans and specifications to manage or build a project
* Proficiency in Adobe or Bluebeam PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Basic understanding and ability to use AutoCAD

* Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $112,000 DOE, plus performance bonus
