As a Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will be part of a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory service, providing clients with a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing guidance based on Schwab's investment philosophy.

Your role will directly influence the lives of clients, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

SWA's advisory philosophy will enable you to utilize a wide range of products (such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading), equipping you for success in helping clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their financial objectives. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team while strengthening relationships with various partners, including industry-leading advisors.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Active FINRA Series 7 license

Active FINRA Series 66 license (or may be obtained within the first 120 days)

Three or more years of advisory experience

Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications:
CFP or CFA

Exceptional relationship management and client retention experience

Refined interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
