KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and nurture client relationships by providing insights into their current insurance coverage and suggesting tailored products that align with their financial aspirations.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and courteous customer support, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Foster enduring and positive customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in sales, whether in external sales, internal sales roles, retail, or telemarketing, is advantageous.
- Experience in managing client relationships is preferred.
- A keen interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
