Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Promotions Manager and Supervisor, the Marketing Promotions Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for tracking and analyzing budgetary expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. Additionally, the coordinator collaborates with various departments to communicate event details effectively.

Service Excellence Initiatives:

  • Foster a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all Guests.
  • Provide personalized attention to Guests, recognizing their unique preferences and needs.
  • Alert Supervisors to any Guest requirements that may necessitate special arrangements.
  • Acknowledge and appreciate our frequent Guests.
  • Ensure a consistently safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Regularly greet Guests, express gratitude for their patronage, and encourage their return.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Stay informed about services, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with Guests.
  • Address Team Member and Guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction while upholding financial accountability.
  • Enhance public relations and create a positive atmosphere for everyone.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean and safe working environment, reporting any issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, Guests, and colleagues.
  • Encourage a workplace culture that promotes safety, professionalism, and high morale.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by reporting any concerns discreetly.
  • Promptly notify management of any observed illegal activities or ethical violations.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in marketing, promotions, or public relations. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities are also required.

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and elevated noise levels, may occur.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands are necessary, along with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and often crowded.
