Job Summary:

As a Sales Agent for the Government Employees Insurance Company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our insurance products to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present insurance products to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each policy.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as underwriting and claims teams, to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
