We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, and proactive individual to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Advanced Software Talent.
The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and maintaining essential program documentation while collaborating on the design, development, installation, implementation, modification, support, and launch of new platforms/applications. This includes analyzing functional and systems requirements, developing application architecture, and validating data acquisition and output. Additional responsibilities may involve working with users to test, debug, and troubleshoot applications, ensuring software and systems quality and functionality, and rigorously applying information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements, defining scope, objectives, and feasibility. Create a comprehensive Product Requirement Document and a detailed Product Roadmap for the client’s AI/ML Platform.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and create diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to enhance system understanding.
- Develop detailed wireframes and mockups using visualization tools for prototyping.
- Work closely with Data Management & Architecture teams to ensure compliance with accessibility, security policies, and guidelines.
- Lead segments of large tasks or projects, enhancing project management skills.
- Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
- Work with cross-functional IT teams to streamline solution implementations and maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents.
- Develop and execute test plans and other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc.
- Ensure timely communication regarding system changes; assess support and resource requirements associated with each change.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in data analytics, preferably with a background in life sciences.
- Experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucid Chart, and Google Suite.
- Exceptional communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills; strong influencing abilities are essential.
- Proven success in managing complex, high-profile, and large-scale initiatives.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented; capable of working autonomously and effectively within a geographically dispersed team; accountable for meeting project deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with data-related initiatives is essential.
- Familiarity with ML and data science concepts is preferred.
- Strong business acumen in the US Commercial Market within the Pharma industry is preferred.
