Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/ managers, and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
