**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive patient care to individuals with cancer and hematological disorders
* Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage patient symptoms
* Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Oncology or related field
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
