Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our Pennsylvania recycling operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines that process waste, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain shredding, grinding, and cleaning machines to process waste.
  • Resolve issues related to day-to-day operations and maintenance, collaborating with the maintenance department as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and condition, notifying maintenance of any issues.
  • Calibrate probes and monitor pH levels of processed waste.
  • Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations and Triumvirate's Health and Safety Practices.
  • Work effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate large precision shop machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and personal initiative in resolving problems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing stressful situations.
  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • This role is considered safety-sensitive.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Previous forklift experience.
