Automotive Sales Representative

At Fox Hills Auto Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling new and used automobiles, trucks, and vans on our premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers on the sales floor, determining their vehicle preferences and needs.
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in our showroom or on the road.
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer's vehicle experience.
- Research and verify the availability of models and optional equipment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork and applications, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Deliver new vehicles to customers, providing a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Maintain a prospect development system to stay ahead of sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, as well as write reports and correspondence.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record.
As a Salesperson at Fox Hills Auto Inc, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be exposed to outside weather conditions and may be required to work in a variety of settings, including our showroom and on the road.
