Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Fort Myers, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and projects, and driving business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, and building code inspections, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality services and projects.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure their professional development and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, and/or building code inspections.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
