Job Title: Regional Manager

Planet Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our fitness centers in Massachusetts and Georgia, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of club managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular club visits to observe and evaluate operations, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with regional directors to develop and implement business plans, setting goals and objectives for club performance.
  • Monitor and analyze business metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported in their fitness journey.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience in the fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations, with a strong focus on customer service and member experience.
