Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the campus' job placement program to ensure a successful student placement experience.
  • Lead the Career Services team to achieve placement results in each program.
  • Develop and implement the campus strategy for Career Services.
  • Ensure relentless execution of IEC-wide and regional strategic plans in Career Services.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to other Career Services peers and new Career Services Specialists.
Requirements
  • Some college preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of combined career services and management experience.
  • Career Services experience in post-secondary trade schools preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
