About Trescal
Trescal is a leading independent provider of calibration, repair, and asset management services across the United States. We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, cost-effective solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a physical presence at the customer site for four days each week.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Handle pick-up requests, update service records, and issue reminders.
- Monitor customer aging reports and assist in resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Utilize internal software to access customer data, equipment status, and purchase order updates, ensuring accurate status codes are applied.
- Conduct inventory services for key accounts.
- Travel within a 15-mile radius as required.
- Tag assets for calibration and inventory, ensuring accuracy against field capabilities.
- Identify equipment needing calibration or vendor services and report discrepancies to the primary contact.
- Facilitate the resolution of discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule field services based on inventory assessments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or asset management.
- Skills in managing challenging customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Verification of Covid Vaccination is mandatory for on-site work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Excel is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the metrology service sector is a plus.
