Job Summary

The Nursing Director is a key leadership position responsible for supporting and modeling a professional culture focused on quality, patient safety, employee engagement, fiscal responsibility, and patient experience. This role is clinically, administratively, and fiscally accountable for assigned patient care areas and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care
  • Collaborate with physicians, administrative leadership, and clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including nursing experience related to area of specialty
