Position Title: Reception Coordinator

The Reception Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii plays a vital role in managing the daily operations of the front desk. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors, including members, parents, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all individuals entering the facility.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and manage the KidTrax database, including member registrations and attendance records.
  • Organize and file essential documents such as sign-in sheets and requisitions.
  • Process donations and manage financial transactions, including member payments.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of office and clubhouse supplies.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
