Position Overview: The Field Operations Coordinator will serve the Newark, NJ area. Candidates must reside within this region to be considered.

ROLE OBJECTIVE: In this position, you will engage directly with injured employees and healthcare providers to facilitate effective medical treatment and timely return-to-work processes. You will act as a liaison, ensuring clear communication among all parties involved. While this role requires frequent travel, you will operate from a home-based office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Act as an advocate for patients, guiding and coordinating care for injured workers, their families, and caregivers throughout the recovery journey.
  • Assist injured employees in achieving recovery and independence through advocacy, education, resource identification, and service facilitation.
  • Identify suitable providers and facilities across the service continuum, ensuring timely and cost-effective use of resources to maximize value for clients and reimbursement sources.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred qualifications include RN licensure or a graduate degree in a health or human services field, along with one of the following certifications: CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver's license and high-speed internet access are required.
