Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ITIL and LEAN operating models to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  2. Design and implement TCP/IP, routing principles, firewall rules, DNS, and troubleshooting packet loss/latency to ensure network reliability and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Active Directory, SRV Records, Windows Authentication Process, and MS Vital Signs, System Performance Counters (CPU/Mem Utilization).
  4. Utilize PowerShell to execute commands remotely against one or more servers and create one-off scripts to process requests on multiple servers.
  5. Support the analysis of server event logs, memory dumps, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
  6. Work with HP Hardware, Driver/Firmware Updates, Diagnostics, and MS Windows 2008 – 2019 in a 1,000+ server environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of technical expertise in storage and backup solutions.
  8. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  9. Support the development and implementation of technical training programs for team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and LEAN operating models.
