Job Title: Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

We are seeking a respectful, alert, and vigilant greeter/patient care monitor to maintain overall safety and order of the clinic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
  • Verify patient identification before entry
  • Manage waiting lines and ensure orderly flow
  • Perform crowd control and ensure timely departure
  • Eliminate loitering and congregating
  • Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities
  • Respond to calls for assistance and maintain order
  • Document incidents and maintain a safe environment
  • Perform security checks and maintain professional attire
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting
  • Training from a law enforcement school or security training preferred
  • Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check
