Nurse Care Manager

At Bel-Aire Quality Care - Newport, VT, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic patient goals and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Hold CPR certification.
- Have one to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
