Job Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the veterinary industry is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and passion for helping animals
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients and their pets
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
