Social Worker

Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Work Environment: Direct contact with incarcerated individuals is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role, including individual therapy.
- Complete mental health assessments and documentation in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Ensure compliance with OMH policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding paperwork timeliness.
- Excellent clinical writing skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
