Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and Record Test Results: Accurately document patient test results and provide timely feedback to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support Patient Care: Assist patients with ordering testing supplies, troubleshooting device issues, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Communicate with Physician Offices: Notify physicians' offices of out-of-range test results, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Meet Quality and Performance Standards: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and performance, adhering to established standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Skills: Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); comfortable using telephone and computer to perform job responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Direct internet connectivity at workstation, with a speed requirement of 45+Mbps down and 2+Mbps up
  • Communication Skills: Experience communicating with patients in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-5:00pm PST (5am-2pm or 8am-5pm)
