Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Linde, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Customer Service functions. You will supervise all Customer Service personnel, assisting the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties and actively participating in the training of new hires. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the flow of orders, deleting, correcting, or re-entering patient orders as necessary, and monitoring phone calls to confirm proper telephone techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all Customer Service personnel
Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties
Participate in the training of new hires
Monitor the flow of orders
Delete, correct, or re-enter patient orders as necessary
Monitor phone calls to confirm proper telephone techniques
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Related experience and/or training
Computer entry experience necessary
