Job Summary

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in a travel position. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiograms, PCI, LHC, RHC, STEMIs, AAAs, Strokes, Carotids, SAH, Peripheral LE Angiograms with stenting, Ports, TDCs, Fistulagrams, G-Tubes, Pacemakers, EP, Structural Heart.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients for imaging.
  • Assist in the performance of procedures, including injecting contrast media and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize cath lab efficiency.
Requirements
  • ARRT (R) certification in Radiography or Cardiac Catheterization.
  • ACLS and BLS certification.
  • WA State license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
