Home Health Services Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Services Aide to provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals in their own homes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility issues, transferring them safely and comfortably.
- Report observations and incidents to the Agency Director or Accounts Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Minimum six months experience in home care preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
