Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Hardin Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our nursing team to provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, meals, and vital sign monitoring.
  • You will assist with enemas, douches, and other medical procedures as needed.
  • You will maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to all infection control protocols.
  • You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of Tennessee is required.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • You must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $38,000 - $45,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
