We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SURFGRU Readiness Support Analyst. This role will provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) and Cyber Readiness Program Mission and Infrastructure Support Services to the Commander, Naval Surface Group, Southwest (CNSGSW) N6 Department Staff and Divisions at San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis of Naval Readiness across the C5I/CYBER domain
  • Develop FLAG level decision-ready products
  • Offer subject matter expert support
  • Deliver readiness support services
  • Conduct meetings and provide meeting support
  • Evaluate baseline compliance and conduct training events
  • Develop curriculum and instruction processes
  • Analyze trends and provide cyber security support
  • Manage assets and evaluate compliance
  • Support command communications and equipment
Requirements
  • Experience in developing technical documentation, including Type Commander (TYCOM) instructions, data calls, requests for information, and multimedia presentations
  • Ability to monitor readiness status through various communication methods
  • Skilled in documenting meeting minutes and preparing visual aids
  • Proficiency in presenting findings in Government-approved formats
  • Knowledge of developing readiness metrics and attending teleconferences
  • Ability to assess policy changes and provide feedback
Compensation

$85,000 - $115,000 per year
