Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist - Fire Services to provide exceptional support services for our Fire Services - Beach Lifeguard Division. This part-time, temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing for special events, including renting equipment and coordinating with other City departments;
  • Perform routine clerical accounting duties supporting the processing of payroll;
  • Review timecards and other personnel information; assist in preparation of payroll and review information for accuracy and completeness;
  • Prepare documents for newly hired or separated personnel, file personnel transaction notices, correspondence, and similar records;

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of responsible clerical support experience;
  • Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade;
