You will play a crucial role in shaping next-generation methodologies for developers to engage with and manipulate silicon devices.

Some of these methodologies are currently in use, while others are on the brink of becoming mainstream.

Within the Software & Digitalization division, we possess the capability to bring these innovations to fruition in the best interest of our clients.

Our focus is on enhancing the customer experience, which often begins with software. A seamless software experience is vital to the overarching philosophy of the Software & Digitalization division.

Qualifications:
  • B.S. in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or computer science is required (M.S. preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of the embedded microcontroller and microprocessor landscape is essential (Arm Cortex-A, Cortex-M, RX, RL78, MIPS, RISC-V).
  • Over 7 years of experience in system software development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ is mandatory, along with a solid understanding of programming methodologies.
  • Strong foundation in Software Algorithms, Data Structures, Optimization, Parallel Computing, Design Patterns, and Software Quality.
  • Preferred experience with VLSI design and algorithms, as well as Design Flows.
  • Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation is advantageous.
  • Debugging expertise with tools such as gdb, ASAN, Coverity, and performance analyzers.
  • Experience with agile CI/CD workflows (project management in JIRA and GitHub using Jenkins or similar technologies).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of clearly communicating complex software concepts and influencing decisions based on sound engineering principles.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of the target audience.
  • Able to creatively address engineering and business challenges, often simultaneously.
