Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff members, including front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, and x-ray technicians
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of non-provider staff, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
  • Partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure staff compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Lead and organize staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs to promote communication and teamwork
  • Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner, monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, as well as maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement programs for continual improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a medical office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines
